I bring empathy, humor, and a down-to-earth style to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly yourself. Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a script. I value connection and will support you with compassion—while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you move forward.
I’m Dr. Deborah E. Jones, PhD, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults find balance, resilience, and renewed purpose. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to care—combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to promote lasting emotional wellness.
I’ve worked in nursing for more than 30 years across clinical care, education, and leadership, and for the past eight years I’ve specialized in psychiatric mental health as a nurse practitioner. My specialties include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns, and I especially enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to invest in their personal growth and well-being.
At Deborah E. Jones, Psychiatry & Mental Wellness, PLLC — A Lucid Collaborative, my goal is to create a therapeutic space where insight, healing, and clarity come together—empowering you to live with greater peace and confidence.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and family struggles. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you feel stronger and more hopeful. In our sessions, you’ll have space to be heard without judgment while we work together to move toward the goals that matter most to you.
As a licensed clinical social worker who is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I am particularly passionate about helping young people and veterans navigate their experiences and traumas. I take pride in having the opportunity to serve a diverse population which has included children, adults, couples, and families across a broad spectrum of needs. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. My first priority is getting to know you, understanding what has brought you to therapy, and creating an environment where you feel comfortable being open and authentic. I want you to feel that I am the therapist you’ve chosen—not the therapist you have to see.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families, and I take an individualized approach to therapy based on each client’s needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from several evidence-based treatment modalities, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify the changes they want to make, and develop practical skills to support those changes.
Together, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the process, and how our work together can help you move toward the outcomes that are meaningful to you.
