I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2019, but my path here didn't start in a classroom — it started in Human Resources, where I spent years helping people navigate conflict, communication breakdowns, and the messy dynamics that come with any close relationship. Turns out, those same skills translate pretty directly to couples work.

My therapy space is warm, inviting, and open which mirrors what you will experience working with me. My approach comes from a curious and compassion space to effectively help make change happen. I am a clinically licensed marriage and family therapist. I have over 5 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Self-Care Coach, and founder of Rise Up Resiliency Center LLC. Growing up in Kansas City, Kansas, with parents who faced substance use challenges, I bring a unique blend of empathy, personal insight, and professional expertise to my practice. My passion lies in working with individuals, couples, and groups, especially women, teens, and marginalized communities, to help them build resilience and achieve personal growth.

My name is Marcelo Benalcazar. I am a father of four and a first generation son of two immigrants. I grew up in Topeka as a biracial/bicultural child and know all too well the feelings that come from being "different" than everyone else. In my free time I play video games (I have multiple systems and enjoy multiple genres), watch movies, read graphic novels, and LOVE all forms of music. Educationally I received my Associates Degree in Addictions Counseling from Kansas City Kansas Community College and my Bachelors and Masters from the University of Kansas where I graduated Cum Laude as an Integrated Behavioral Health Scholar. I am currently a dual licensed therapist with an LSCSW and an LMAC.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD. I hold a LMFT/LCMFT license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Kansas. I earned my PhD. in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.

My name is Kayla and I have 8 years of experience specializing in individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance use. I'm passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I'm here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

Allison L Schulte, LSCSW, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who offers therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, cognitive impairments such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, personality disorders, grief and loss, significant stress, relationship difficulties, and other social or emotional concerns. She holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in social work from Wichita State University.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen without having to over-explain yourself. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, deepen your relationships, and move through life with greater self-trust and ease.
