My name is Quin Rainey, and I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, supporting a wide variety of individuals on their journeys toward healing and growth. Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all walks of life as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. My dream client in therapy is someone who is ready and open to change—an adult or couple who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, but who holds a genuine desire to grow, heal, and build a more fulfilling life. They may be navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or internal struggles like anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional pain. What makes them ideal is their willingness to explore, reflect, and take steps toward meaningful transformation. Whether individually or as a couple, they value the therapeutic space as a place of support, discovery, and empowerment, and they come with the courage to be honest, even when it’s hard. I’m passionate about walking alongside these clients as they reconnect with themselves and each other, and begin to create the lives they truly want.

I want my clients to know that I value creating a space that feels safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for people who are used to carrying things on their own or putting others first. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable enough to show up honestly and be themselves without pressure or shame.

A large part of my experience involves working with trauma survivors and individuals navigating anxiety, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. I approach this work with compassion, patience, and understanding, and I believe healing happens through feeling supported, heard, and empowered.

I am a dedicated therapist with 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate their healing journeys. My practice specializes in the treatment of trauma, mood disorders, grief, relational concerns, and phase-of-life issues.
