I am a licensed mental health counselor with a combined seven years of experience in the mental health field (including three years of clinical supervisory experience), where I have been providing care to clients in multiple agencies throughout the state of Florida, utilizing clinical models to improve patient care and drive positive clinical outcomes. I have worked with diverse client populations and multiple diagnoses (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, etc.) throughout the years, including serving young children through older adults.

I’ve been practicing for 5 years, but before I was a therapist I taught high school. Because of my background in education, I love working with young adult females who are struggling with identity, self-confidence, anxiety and depression.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.

This foundation allows me to help individuals, couples, and families address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address relationship patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop executive functioning tools that truly align with the ADHD brain.
