I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, manage life transitions, and find balance between professional and personal well-being. As a Certified Perinatal Coach and Childbirth Educator, I also support individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional changes that come with these seasons of life. I hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a post graduate certificate in Trauma Studies. I have worked in multiple levels of care including inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. With a strong foundation in both psychiatry and family practice, I bring a perspective to care recognizing that mind and body are deeply connected. I have experience in adolescent psychiatry. I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy.
