I have 26 years of experience dealing with individuals, couples, families in therapy. We will work together to develop plans that are unique and right for you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop a stronger sense of identity.
As a lifelong Missouri resident and educator, I am very familiar with the specifics that come with living in this area.
- I have been a licensed psychologist since 2007. I have advanced training in eating disorders, PTSD, and suicide prevention. I also have knowledge and a great deal of experience in many different areas, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, etc. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I generally use behavioral, cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and interpersonal modalities in therapy. I was in private practice from 2007-2015 and then worked full-time for the Veterans' Administration (VA) for almost ten years. I have recently transitioned back to private practice. I have been doing only telehealth for the past five years. I must admit that I was skeptical about telehealth at first, but have been absolutely amazed at how effective it is.
Welcome!
I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma and PTSD, as well as mood and anxiety-related concerns. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, interactive and collaborative. I draw from different therapeutic frameworks and tailor my approach to each client based on their developmental stage, individual needs, preferences and goals. Aside from private practice, I partner with several community-based nonprofit agencies serving children, adolescents and families involved in the foster care system, as well as survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California with a clinical focus in adult mental health. I am also a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. I am passionate about this field because it allows me to work across both micro and macro levels at the intersection of behavioral and community healthcare, policy and advocacy. I value the ability to engage in this work through psychotherapy and direct practice, while also understanding and addressing the broader systems, policies, and communities that shape lives. My own lived experience plays a significant role in how I understand and approach this work.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop practical coping skills, and gain greater insight into yourself. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I will work alongside you to help you build resilience and move toward the life you want.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to make the experience welcoming and empowering. Together, we'll identify your strengths, address obstacles, and develop meaningful strategies that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.
Hi, I'm Diana — a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals and families, including older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. My background spans schools, foster care, supportive housing for youth, and outpatient mental health across New York and Florida. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly understands your culture, your language, and the pressures you carry — whether that's family expectations, being the one everyone else leans on, health changes, caregiving, or figuring out who you are apart from everyone else's needs. Many of the people I work with are holding it together for everyone around them while quietly running on empty. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel understood, in whichever language feels most like home.
My name is Ramon, and I am Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health. My work is dedicated to help individuals overcome obstacles, manage emotional challenges, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Each session is tailored to your unique concerns, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or navigating other life circumstances. You're welcome to reach out for a brief, no-obligation consultation to determine whether my services are well-suited to your needs.
