I have been a clinician for the last 5 years in community mental health settings supporting clients from diverse background managing their life stressors and diagnoses. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their emotional balance through holistic, integrative psychiatric care. With expertise in evidence-based treatment she offers personalized care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

Victoria has a solid background in Critical Care, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics, and she has created a comprehensive approach to assisting individuals of all ages toward a more energized, resilient, and fulfilled version of themselves.

Victoria received a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue University. She also holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Counseling from Liberty University. She has over 30 years of caring in the medical arena.

I received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Central Michigan University. I have worked in hospital settings as well as private practice. I have had great success with the virtual format and am thankful for such ease for my clients to have sessions without the trouble of travel. I work primarily with teens and women, working to build skills to manage a variety of snuggles.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine human connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.

I earned my masters degree from Temple University and my doctorate degree from Rutgers University and have experience working with diverse populations across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns and have developed specialized experience in working with trauma and its lasting effects. I understand how traumatic experiences can impact emotional well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where healing can occur.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.

This foundation allows me to help individuals, couples, and families address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded.
