I'm Nikki Brown — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of clinical experience across some of the most human corners of this work: drug and alcohol rehabilitation, hospice and end-of-life care, and private practice. I've sat with people in the hardest moments of their lives, and I haven't looked away yet.

I specialize in grief, loss, trauma, and anxiety — but what ties my work together is a deep belief that the people I see deserve a therapist who has actually been in the room with pain, not just read about it. My sessions are warm, direct, and collaborative. I work with individuals and couples, adolescents through seniors, virtually throughout Florida.

I understand the challenges of navigating periods of depression, PTSD, mania, and the uncertainty that can come in between. I work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. Together, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and developing a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

Life can often feel like a series of overwhelming transitions, leaving you feeling disconnected or unsure of your next step. I provide a dedicated space for adults (22+) to slow down, reflect, and move forward with renewed clarity.

In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in marriage and pre-marital counseling. I help couples at all stages build resilient foundations, repair emotional disconnections, and foster a deeper sense of intimacy and mutual understanding.
