I am committed to assisting adults and elderly dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and more live a healthy fulfilled life.. I’m Karina Smith, LCSW, founder of Bloom Haven Therapeutic Services❀. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions related to relationships, career shifts, and family dynamics. I also support individuals experiencing the lasting impact of trauma or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to break.

My work is grounded in EMDR, DBT-informed therapy, somatic approaches, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices. I’m also an advocate and serve on the PAIMI Council for Disability Rights Florida.

For the past 3.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading a multi-site inpatient unit, supporting individuals with persistent mental illness and substance use as they work toward stability and recovery. Now, I’m stepping into private practice and writing my next chapter. I’m licensed in Florida and passionate about making care accessible and meaningful. I am Dr. Marcia Johnson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health care. My background includes work in hospitals, outpatient programs, crisis stabilization, higher education, and private practice. I hold a Ph.D. in Medical & Urban Sociology and an MSW in Mental Health from Howard University.

I specialize in helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use disorders, including co‐occurring conditions. I also welcome clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith and spirituality into therapy, as I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Kidd Colt, Ed.D; LCPC , LMHC is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Florida He provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Dr. Colt earned his (Ed.,D) degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University. He earned his masters degree in counseling psychology (MA) from Towson University. He also earned a bachelors degree (BA) in communication studies from Towson University. Prior to private practice Dr Colt worked at the Family Emergency Treatment Center in Sarasota, FL.
