Arti has been working within the child welfare world for 24 years and has been part of almost every aspect of the system from preventative services to residential services to investigation of child abuse and neglect. Hi there! I'm Eleanor Gillett-Chambers, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. With over 10 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health nursing, I believe effective mental health care begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.

Smith, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling from St. Thomas University. Drawing on my work in schools and community mental health, I support children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, ADHD, and life changes. I offer a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and find a way forward.

Whether this is your first time experience with therapy or you’re returning after some time away, my goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story at your own pace. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other emotional challenges.
