Hello, and I’m glad you’re here. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve been in therapy before, reaching out can be a big step. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s going on.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience providing therapy and leading clinical teams. My background includes community mental health, residential mental health and substance use treatment, and crisis services. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adults, children, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of concerns and life experiences.
I have advanced training and experience supporting people with trauma, anxiety and depression, substance use, grief and loss, and the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll identify what you want to work on, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want.
Hola, bienvenida/o.
