My professional foundation comes from my years of experience in the acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Navigating these high-intensity settings taught me to bring calming stability to those who are struggling, and I carry that into every outpatient telehealth visit. Today, my practice supports adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and up through the everyday challenges that arrive when living with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. For the last five year I have held various leadership positions for a local residential treatment center for teens that specializes in complex trauma treatment.

I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I specialize in treating LGBTQIA issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

I have been practicing for over 17 years providing Individual and family therapy. My focus is to facilitate strategies and interventions that will bring you hope and transformation.

I graduated from The Ohio State University with my DNP in 2020 focusing on efficient pathways to implement depression screening post-stroke to identify mental health needs. After working a couple years as a nurse practitioner within neurosurgery, I transitioned from Ohio to Florida and pursued my PMHNP certification from Florida State University. Over the past 5 years I have been treating psychiatric needs in LTC around Florida. I am currently working to expand into independent practice and work personally with individuals creating a therapeutic relationship and enhancing their mental health.

My intention is to provide a judgment-free space where we can talk about what is going on and collaborate to move forwards in the best way possible. I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with.
