I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) specializing in trauma and anxiety. I help people who feel overwhelmed or stuck find relief and feel more like themselves again. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT and am trained in EMDR. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine as a Registered Nurse, along with experience in outpatient psychiatry and interventional mental health treatment settings. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, stress, and treatment-resistant mood conditions.

I began my career working with children and quickly expanded my expertise to include adults and couples. Throughout my 26 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome trauma and unexpected life struggles.
