She is the Founder and CEO of A Better Therapy Connection, Inc., providing mental health counseling, behavioral health assessments, case management, clinical supervision, and supportive services throughout Florida. Her clinical expertise includes psychiatric and behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, correctional mental health, and individual, family, and group therapy.

Troupe has served in clinical and leadership roles across hospitals, behavioral health organizations, correctional settings, community agencies, and educational environments. She also provides clinical supervision and mentorship to emerging behavioral health professionals, promoting ethical practice, clinical excellence, and person-centered care.

She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the Argosy University , and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Florida Memorial University. Her professional interests include behavioral health leadership, counselor education, clinical supervision, integrated care, trauma-informed practice, and expanding access to quality mental health services.

My name is Meredith Ximines-Mullings, Pscyhiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide mental health for all ages including children and adolescents, adults and seniors. I've intensive experiences in managing acute care and routine needs.

My primary clinical areas include anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, alcohol and substance use, and child and adolescent mental health. I also work with clients navigating depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, panic disorders, sleep difficulties, stress, and family concerns.

Whether I am working with a child navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, a teenager struggling with mood or substance use, or an adult seeking support through life's hardships, my commitment is the same: to provide care that is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely tailored to the individual.

I hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a post graduate certificate in Trauma Studies. I have worked in multiple levels of care including inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. I have work with a multitude of different populations and diagnosis including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders.
