I am licensed as an APRN in the State of Florida and board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I currently have more than 5 years of experience in the field of psychiatric nursing in both the outpatient settings as well as in acute inpatient psychiatric services. Dustin R. Kebre; M.A; LMFT; MT3057 My current focus lies in the private practice setting, where I take a special interest in treating trauma, anxiety & depressive disorders in adults. I take a Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) approach, which allows for long-term benefits in fewer sessions than other counseling models. I was intensively trained in EMDR and believe the focus of counseling is to not only work on managing your current struggles, but to develop the tools needed to independently manage future obstacles as well. I use a combination of reflective listening, as well as an instructional approach, to help guide you towards becoming the best version of you!
I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a License in Marital and Family Therapy. I treat individuals, couples and families. I specialize in healing people from pain and suffering. I believe the connection you can develop during therapy provides an environment where you can feel safe and nurtured. We all need this kind of support in a world that seems to care less and less about your needs as a human being. The first step is the most difficult; however, often the most life changing. I look forward in helping you transform your life and be the person you were meant to be.

I am competent in healing people with minor to severe mental health issues including trauma and personality disorders. I specialize in treating individuals, couples and families from a family system perspective, as well using multiple evidence based modalities in a integrative approach.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you-It’s about empowering you. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you in this therapeutic process.
I look forward to connecting with you.
Hi, my name is Richard Ehrhardt and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. I absolutely love what I do. I have a passion and drive to help others implement skills we will learn and get the results they desire. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse/addictions, ADHD/HD, mens issues, anxiety/stress, relationship issues, and parenting concerns with children/teenagers.
Hi there!
I'm so glad you have taken a step toward prioritizing self-care by searching for a therapist. I've been a licensed mental health counselor in Florida for 20+ years and have provided therapy for adult women across a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and marital and family conflict.
Hi, I’m Eliza Ale-Finks, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in mental health and a Master of Social Work degree. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting military personnel, first responders, and individuals navigating high levels of stress and significant change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained, unsure why things feel harder than they used to. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down at night, your mood shifts more than you’d like, or daily responsibilities feel heavier than before. You might feel frustrated trying to manage it all on your own, wondering if things will ever feel easier.
At Journi Alignment Mental Health, I help adults and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders move toward emotional balance through personalized psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support, offered via telehealth or in an outpatient clinic setting.
When you meet with me, you’ll find a calm, welcoming space where your concerns are heard without judgment. I take time to listen and understand your story, symptoms, and goals. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies to help you feel more stable and confident in your daily life. My approach is collaborative, you are always part of the decision-making process.
Over time, many clients begin to feel more balanced, more rested, and more in control of their emotions and routines. Imagine sleeping better, feeling less anxious, and having the energy to reconnect with the people and activities that matter most. My goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence, and peace as you move forward in your mental health journey.
If you are carrying anxiety that keeps your mind racing, depression that dims your days, or the heavy weight of grief, caregiving, or family conflict, you do not have to navigate it alone. Major transitions, substance use struggles, and emotional burnout can leave you feeling disconnected from the life you want. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I provide a compassionate space to help you make sense of these complex seasons. Whether you are facing daily stress, significant loss, or relationship challenges, we can work together to restore balance, heal old patterns, and help you feel like yourself again.
