My clinical experience ranges from individual therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, to working with families in-home. My areas of specialty include working with patients with Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, and Borderline Personality D/O from ages 18-65+.
I understand that the decision to seek help for mental health needs can be a nerve-racking and scary process. When it comes to patient care, I am most passionate about the preservation of dignity and making my patients feel seen. I meet fear or nervousness with acceptance, encouragement, and knowledge.

Find the right therapist for you
Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Factors to Consider When Choosing a Mental Health Therapist in Glastonbury, CT
Finding therapists in Glastonbury starts with knowing what kind of support fits your needs. Therapists may help with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, trauma, work stress, and related concerns. As you compare options, look for someone whose listed specialties and approach match what you want to address. Provider bios can help you understand whether a therapist uses approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-informed care, and what sessions may feel like.
In a smaller city like Glastonbury, local in-person availability may vary by neighborhood, schedule, and specialty. Virtual therapy can expand your options while still connecting you with a therapist licensed in Connecticut. When narrowing your search, consider appointment times, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, whether they offer a free phone consultation, and how their communication style comes through in their profile. Reading bios before booking can help you compare fit beyond credentials.
Therapy in Glastonbury can be a significant cost without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to lower your out-of-pocket costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway lets you enter your insurance details, see estimated session costs before you book, and compare therapists who match your preferences. You can review bios, choose between virtual and in-person care, and book directly when you’re ready.
