I help individuals and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, offering both online therapy and in-person sessions. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with mindfulness and compassion. I have a special passion for supporting immigrants and first-generation clients in balancing cultural values with personal growth.

My name is Kimberley Roberts and I am a LCSW in the state of Colorado. I live in the mountains and love to spend time with my dog Salli and my two cats Tessa and Mowgli. I love the outdoors and hiking, kayaking and walking/jogging. I look forward to working with you.

I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents and young adults as they explore who they are and navigate the overwhelming stress and pressure that can come with growing up. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, and ADHD.
