Hello and welcome to therapy. You are one step closer on your journey to achieving your goals, passions, and intentions. You and I will develop a therapeutic relationship as you work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and other areas that you would like growth in. You will utilize the strengths that you already have, and keep expanding on those. It is my job to create a safe, open, and person-centered environment. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey! Keep going and growing.
Finding a good fit when seeking therapy is important, so allow me to introduce myself! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with clients with various general mental health concerns. I currently work with adults and my practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. I view therapy as a conversation and look forward to talking with you!
I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for healing.
Hello! I am a dedicated LCSW committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. My clinical foundation is built on a rigorous academic path focused on understanding human behavior and holistic well-being. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from La Sierra University and later obtained my MSW from Loma Linda University.
I work with teens, adults, and couples. I believe that true wellness comes from integrating all aspects of ourselves—spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and creative. As a California-certified sexual assault counselor, fully trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I provide trauma-informed care with empathy and expertise. I also specialize in psychedelic therapy preparation and integration, guiding clients through their profound journeys with care and intention.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, an honest, safe space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in the door. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and connection in the places that matter most: within yourself and in your relationships.
I'm John, a licensed psychologist practicing in Utah and California. I started out in information technology because I loved computers and making sense of data, but over time I found I enjoyed working with people more than working with machines, so I went back to school and earned my doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD). Since then I have worked in counseling centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and schools, and I have really enjoyed applying the science of psychology to help people understand themselves and navigate the challenges of everyday life. I see teens, young adults, adults, and older adults for concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationships, men's mental health, and questions of religion and spirituality.
I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to be authentically myself and spend my days talking deeply about things that matter. I love working with motivated, bright people who know they have a lot to offer, but feel a bit blocked. I find great joy in helping people unblock to find ease and authenticity in their own lives.
Hi, I am Kianna. I am a warm and inquisitive Spanish- and English-speaking LCSW. I make sure to incorporate cultural competency when understanding the individual, the family system, and partnerships. I create a welcoming space where clients feel seen, understood, and respected across identities. I approach each session with curiosity and compassion, honoring the cultural stories and lived experiences that shape a person’s healing journey.
