I have close to two decades of experience treating adults, children, and families in the Bay Area. My focus is on providing integrative psychotherapy (IP). IP is an approach that is generally flexible with an inclusive attitude toward the different psychotherapeutic models depending on the client's needs.
I'm a nature loving California native whose work blends depth psychology with nervous system healing, helping people move beyond simply coping and into a more authentic relationship with themselves. I have experience supporting adults through trauma, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions using body-based approaches. My clients are thoughtful, introspective, and feeling-types including Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), typically millennials (30ish-45ish years old), and are ready to explore themselves with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

Hi, I'm Robin! I help individuals and couples break painful patterns rooted in anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship disconnection. Whether you’re facing life challenges, relationship conflict, ongoing issues with anxiety or low self-esteem, I use a variety of modalities to support healing, emotional safety, and deeper connection. I also work with LGBTQIA+ & Ethical Non-Monogamy community. My care is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I am trained in (EFT) Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, completed a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Competency Course, and more recently enrolled in the Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate Course. I am also a certified yoga teacher (2008) and will integrate that into sessions at times. I love connecting the body and mind.
I'm a licensed psychotherapist with 34 years of experience. I do my best to meet you "where you are" and to offer compassionate presence as you progress through your personal process of self-discovery, self-identification, and evolution.
I'm honored to be part of your journey of transformation. I approach sessions in collaboration, as you learn to free yourself from judgment, criticism, and pain; to change negative perceptions that do not serve; and to experience more ease and peace in life.
As an immigrant woman growing up in America, I have seen and personally experienced the challenges of being a minority woman. Through resiliency and perseverance, I am now the clinical director of an outpatient program at a non-profit. I have been working in the community mental health field serving low-income individuals and families for over 15 years. I specialize in trauma treatment, especially sexual trauma. I use a trauma- and cultural-informed lens to look at the issue.
I specialize in supporting high-functioning adults navigating ADHD, burnout, addiction, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand how your mind works—while building practical tools that create real, lasting change.
