I am a trauma certified provider trained in EMDR, IFS, and working on my Attachment Certification. I specialize in trauma, attachment issues, dissociation, shame, and children/play therapy. I find self exploration and self expansion to be life's most beautiful and important journey, and crucial in helping us enjoy this one fragile life.
