Whether you’re going through a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, struggling in your relationships, or adjusting to an unexpected change, my goal is to help you feel supported while we work together to better understand what you’re experiencing.
My professional background includes working with individuals and families across a variety of settings, including corrections and community-based mental health services. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop helpful tools for managing life’s challenges, and work toward greater balance, confidence, and well-being.
