My name is Carly Reina, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I provide mental health care across the full lifespan — from children, adolescents, adults, and seniors — and I take pride in the breadth and depth of experience that allows me to serve individuals and families at every stage of life.

My primary clinical focus areas include relationships, sleep disorders, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also work with clients navigating bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, panic disorders, chronic conditions, OCD, stress, and family concerns.

Dr. Paul Okoronkwo is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience in treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders. He has worked in multiple mental health hospitals and healthcare facilities since 2015. He received his master's and doctoral de­grees from Walden University.
