Your Story. Your Purpose. Your Identity. Healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about uncovering who you've always been. Life has a way of shaping us. Painful experiences, trauma, loss, relationships, and fear can leave us carrying beliefs and protective patterns that once helped us survive, but now no longer serve us. Together, we'll explore your story, heal unresolved wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the authentic identity that's been there all along.
Hi! I am so glad you are here! Life can feel heavy sometimes, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, addiction, trauma, or simply feeling like you've lost yourself along the way. You don't have to carry it all alone. With over 11 years of experience, I work with adults, seniors, couples, and families to create a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin moving toward the life you want. My goal is to help you find clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and remember that healing is possible.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I hold both a Master’s and an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University Montgomery. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I partner with you to identify your strengths, understand your story, and navigate life’s challenges so you can experience meaningful growth, healing, and a greater sense of well-being.
Life can feel overwhelming—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m an LICSW who creates a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. Together, we focus on your strengths, your goals, and real tools to support growth and healing.
