As a licensed therapist in Wisconsin, I bring over two decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on understanding each client's unique journey, with specialized expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, stress, and family dynamics. I am deeply committed to helping clients navigate challenging life transitions, from workplace stress and relationship difficulties to personal growth and self-discovery. My therapeutic practice focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful personal transformation.
My work spans a wide range of focus areas, including social anxiety, trauma recovery, mood disorders, attachment challenges, and multicultural concerns. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults, men, women, and families as they work through complex emotional experiences and seek greater self-understanding and resilience.
By integrating evidence-based approaches with empathetic, client-centered care, I aim to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner strengths, build self-compassion, and create more fulfilling lives.
I’ve spent my career supporting people who have experienced trauma, mental health, and substance use issues. I have used a mix of traditional talk therapy, art and adventure therapies to assist in the healing process. I have been in practice since 2002 after completing my master's in social work at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to completing my master's I worked in the social work field, working as a case manager and substance use counselor, and volunteering at my local domestic abuse program answering the crisis hotline, facilitating community support groups, and assisting in the annual walk for women's safety. I work with children, adults, families, couples, and groups. My style is natural and organic, giving you space to heal in a way that feels right for you. My approach is person centered. My focus is to help you build trust and safety at your own pace and create a strong therapeutic relationship for you to heal.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, chronic health concerns using a lifestyle medicine–informed approach. Many clients feel overwhelmed managing both mental health symptoms and physical conditions, while balancing work, relationships, and caregiving demands. Often high-functioning yet exhausted, they carry a significant mental and physical load and feel disconnected from their needs or direction. This work focuses on restoring stability by addressing the behavioral and lifestyle factors that influence overall health.

Whether you are dealing with painful memories from the past, managing daily stress, or trying to break painful cycles, healing is possible. I specialize in helping individuals regain control, process trauma, and build a fulfilling life grounded in strength and peace.
