My goal is to help you build resiliency and support your positive change and growth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Virginia Board of Social Work approved social work supervisor specializing in mental health crisis management, trauma processing, management of depression and anxiety, and navigating new psychiatric diagnoses.
Seeking help is a sign of strength, and working with the right therapist for you can be an extremely rewarding and positive experience. Feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation. I am a person-centered therapist providing a safe, non-judgmental space with an empowering approach for clients to cultivate autonomy and reach their full potential. I offer unconditional positive regard, help identify unseen barriers, and explore core values with congruence.
I work with adults 18+ and families navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, burnout, boundaries, communication breakdown, relationship conflict, and emotional cycles that feel stuck. My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in real-world tools that fit your life. You should know this isn’t about perfection or starting fully “ready”—it’s about being met where you are, making sense of what’s been heavy, and building clarity, resilience, and momentum forward in a supported space.

Hi hi! I’m Kaitlyn, an LCSW in Virginia specializing in grief therapy and anxiety management. I’m Charity, an LCSW with 12 years of experience helping people navigate life’s harder chapters. Whether you're managing the weight of anxiety and depression, processing trauma, or adjusting to the unique challenges. I’m here to support you. I’m committed to providing a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you can feel truly understood as you grow.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe in that our mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so kudos on taking that step!
