From there he went on to receive his Master’s Degree from Texas Wesleyan in Professional Counseling. McCartney has experience with a wide range of ages from his time working as a children’s ministry intern, to working at a treatment center for teens and young men and running group counseling at an intensive outpatient program.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
I really enjoy working with adults and couples.
But just a note: I am not able to accept insurance for couples counseling.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) TX #80888 & FL #TPMC5727, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I), and a national board-certified counselor (NBCC). I am bilingual (English & Spanish), and I have been working in the mental health field since 2009.
