I am a versatile mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages across Texas. This unique combination allows me to expertly bridge the gap between school system dynamics and deep clinical healing.
I adopt a highly personalized approach to therapy, rejecting "one-size-fits-all" treatment. Instead, I use from a diverse therapeutic toolkit to tailor sessions entirely to each individual's needs. My core specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for restructuring unhelpful thought patterns, Play Therapy to help children process emotions naturally, and Trauma-Informed Care to provide a safe, structured space for healing.
My dual credentialing gives me a profound understanding of childhood development, student academic stressors, and school-based interventions. However, my clinical expertise extends far beyond the classroom, allowing me to successfully guide adults and families through life transitions, anxiety, and complex trauma. No matter the client's age, I am committed to meeting people exactly where they are on their mental health journey.
