I am incredibly fortunate to have my dream job and feel a sense of fulfillment and pride in my work every day. I know for many of us we do not have that opportunity and have numerous challenges that prevent us from feeling fulfillment, happiness or stability, which can cause immense distress that may be due to anxiety, depression, panic, and feeling lost in general among other complex emotions.
I'm Angela Kehm, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist with a foundation in addiction recovery, the aftermath of domestic violence, relationships, community integration, and holistic healing. I earned my training from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute, where I developed a deep commitment to values-driven, culturally aware care. I support individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of disconnection—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
In a world that values performance, I hope to reconnect with the importance of reflecting on process to deconstruct: how did we get here?

Therapy is a deeply personal journey. It is one that is unique to each individual. Whether we meet weekly or biweekly, I encourage my clients to bring the aspects of life they’d like to explore and grow through. Together, we can uncover the roots of your struggles and develop ways to navigate discomfort and pain. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. It’s tailored to your needs, whether that means working through a specific challenge—feeling stuck, sad, or angry—or simply gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. With me, you will find a space where you are seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Great to meet you! I’m a multistate-licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health and trauma-informed care. I have worked with adolescents, adults, older adults, veterans, and current and former professional athletes. Hello! My name is Jesica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2016, my master’s degree in 2019, and became an LCSW in 2025. My experience includes inpatient behavioral health, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, religious trauma, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I'm currently a social worker at the VA hospital with a primary focus in substance use and homelessness.
My passion for mental health is deeply personal. I once experienced my own struggles and had a therapist help me find hope and healing when I needed it most. That experience inspired me to become a therapist who helps others feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of three children. I enjoy spending time with my family exploring our community through outdoor activities, local events, concerts, and farmers markets. I also love traveling, experiencing different cultures, cooking, reading, and gardening.
I believe connection, curiosity, and finding joy in everyday moments are important parts of a balanced life, and those values guide both who I am and how I support my clients. If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I am a empathetic therapist . I work with my clients on where they are now and make a plan with the client to address issues with them at their own pace .
