I have more than 15 years of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. Throughout my career, I have been committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care while fostering strong therapeutic relationships with my patients.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from York College of Pennsylvania in 2005, my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Drexel University in 2016, and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Missouri State University in 2025.
In addition to my clinical practice, I currently serve as the Director of the Nurse Practitioner Program at York College of Pennsylvania. In this role, I am dedicated to preparing the next generation of advanced practice nurses while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.

Dr. Milspaw graduated with her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, in Philadelphia, PA. Her theoretical orientation consists of a complementary blend of psychodynamic and family systems theories. She has extensive training in psychological assessment and multicultural competence. Her dissertation examined how the use of humor differs across cultures within the context of health care.
Dr. Milspaw has 25 years clinical experience working with children, parents, and families. She completed her assessment practicum in a forensic setting utilizing objective and projective psychological assessments. Her pre-doctoral internship consisted of intense in-home work with families experiencing severe mental illness. Following completion of her doctoral training, she worked in private practice continuing her experience serving families and children. She owns a private practice, Gallant Psychological and Forensic Services, that recently received an award for 6 consecutive years of being named the best psychologist in Camp Hill, PA. The forensic part of her practice consists mostly of helping families who find themselves involved in the Court system as a result of divorce and custody conflicts.
Dr. Milspaw is active in the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) and is co-chair of the been on PPA’s Child Custody and Forensic Committees for 20 years. She is currently co-chair of PPA’s Child and Family Forensics Committee. She sat on the Pennsylvania Taskforce on Supervised Visitation and led the development of a free training video and accompanying paperwork for families and children in need of a supervised visitor.
