I am a trans, non-binary, AuDHD, polyamorous, queer, kinky, and leftist therapist. Meeting clients' cultural and intellectual needs in session is extremely important to me, so the practice of cultural and intellectual humility helps me bridge the divide between myself and my clients. Clients are the experts of their own lives, I am simply here to help.

Know that I look at the whole system, not just the thought loop. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor in Ohio, and I'm also trained as a yoga instructor and nutrition professional, so when we talk about anxiety, OCD patterns, or burnout, we're also talking about your sleep, your body, and what's actually sustainable for you. I work with adults and older adults, individuals and families, and I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and clients navigating racial-justice-related stress as your full self, not a case file.

I have a PhD in Psychology, and completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology. I have expanded my practice to include work in other areas such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic and complex -post traumatic stress disorder. I have also worked extensively with children and adults with various physical/medical and developmental disorders.

I am a double board-certified family and psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. As a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe that healing begins with understanding. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story without judgment and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I provide individualized, evidence-based care for adults facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders, ADHD/ADD, and sleep disorders.

I have an LISW-S and a degree in Special Education. I have worked for 27 years with various populations in hospitals, outpatient, and school settings. I am trained in many different approaches and use them to assist my clients in achieving goals and improving their life situation. I have special training and experience in the treatment of childhood disorders.
