Hello, I'm Stefanie Young, an Army brat, born in Germany and a Gulf War Veteran. I've spent my entire career in and around first response: military, military police, and civilian law enforcement which has truly shaped my approach to therapy by understanding the culture, the pressures that come with it, and what it takes to finally talk to someone.
My practice is a confidential, open space for adults working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, and depression. If you're a first responder or veteran, you won't need to explain your world to me, I've lived it. And if you're not, you're equally welcome as well.
My name is Jeannine Taylor. I earned a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Doctoral Degree from Kent State University. I also am Assistant Professor of Family & Community Medicine at Northeast Ohio College of Medicine. I enjoy helping people balance work and family; navigate the challenges before, during and after divorce; and cope with changes associated with midlife and later life. I also help clients make career decisions and establish educational goals.
PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW COUPLES AS OF MARCH 6, 2026; HOWEVER, I AM ACCEPTING NEW INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS.

Life's challenges bring us to our knees. A Clinical Counselor helps. 36+ years of work with courts, hospitals & schools helps. "Been there, ... I get it". I approach to counseling and therapy is that we're all striving to connect with our whole or "essence" self that resides within us. I see myself as a facilitator of that change. I am a holistic and trauma-informed therapist with some twenty-five years' experience.
