My clinical approach combines evidence-based medication management with holistic strategies to address underlying biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. I focus on individualized, collaborative treatment plans designed to promote long-term stability and overall well-being.

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.
