I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of experience supporting mental health and wellness across the lifespan. My professional journey has been rooted in behavioral health settings, where I’ve had the privilege of working closely with both children and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, sleep-related concerns, and substance-use disorders.

I earned my Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and also hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from William Carey University. My background allows me to combine clinical expertise with education and advocacy, ensuring that clients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their care.

I’m Charlotte Aeger Ross, PMHNP, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing integrative mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical approach combines evidence-based medication management with holistic strategies to address underlying biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.
