Navigating bipolar episodes—from depressive lows to manic highs—is challenging. Headway's network of 145 providers in Mississippi specializes in routine stabilization, medication management, and DBT skills to help Ridgeland residents achieve emotional balance and sustainable recovery.
Life can feel exhausting when you're carrying more than anyone else realizes. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, pressure to stay strong, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity while feeling like there's no space to simply be yourself. You don't have to face those experiences alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, seniors, children, and families throughout Mississippi, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, men's issues, and cultural and ethnic concerns while also supporting ADHD, trauma, OCD, anger management, relationship challenges, family stress, and life transitions that often become part of the same journey. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want to build.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience as a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals and groups navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My practice focuses on supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and the effects of trauma.
If anxiety won't quiet down, stress keeps piling up, or you're navigating something hard, like postpartum changes, a struggling relationship, or something from your past that hasn't had space to heal, you're in the right place. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Mississippi with experience helping individuals and families move through real challenges. I bring genuine warmth to this work, because I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard.
I am a licensed therapist with a Doctorate in Professional Counseling from Mississippi College and nearly 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, children, and adolescents in both individual and group therapy settings. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of sitting with people through some of their most difficult and transformative moments, and I bring empathy, patience, and genuine care to every session.
My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral health concerns across a wide variety of ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances. Two populations are especially close to my heart: children and adolescents experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges, and women healing from trauma. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I am deeply committed to helping clients reclaim their strength, find hope, and move toward healing. I believe healing is possible for everyone, and I consider it an honor to be trusted as part of that journey.
If you're looking for answers, support, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, you've come to the right place. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood changes, or challenges that are difficult to put into words. Whatever brought you here, you'll be met with compassion, respect, and care that is centered around you.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that supports your mental health, your goals, and your journey toward feeling more like yourself again.
I am open minded with a focus on empowerment and establishing self-awareness for each client to identify their ability to fix and solve their own problems with motivation, guidance, and hard work.
