You don’t have to pretend you’re okay here.
You shouldn’t have to filter yourself in therapy. Maybe anxiety has become hard to manage. Maybe depression has left you feeling disconnected, unmotivated, or unlike yourself. Maybe trauma or painful life experiences are still affecting your relationships, emotions, or daily choices. Or maybe you’ve been carrying things for so long that you’re not even sure where to start.

I'm excited about the opportunity to work with individuals who are on their journey to becoming the best versions of themselves. I understand that this path can present a variety of challenges, such as finding life purpose, navigating men's issues, dealing with trauma (PTSD), experiencing depression, facing career dilemmas, exploring identity concerns, and addressing self-esteem and relationship issues. I'm here to provide support, compassion, and guidance through your concerns.
My commitment to you is simple: I will listen carefully, communicate openly, and act with integrity in every interaction. I’ll take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and values, and I’ll tailor my approach to meet your needs rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions.
