Hi! My name is Natalie, I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. My work centers around cultivating a comfortable space to allow reconnection with your inner self. I believe in a mind, body, and soul approach as they are all one.
I currently work full time as a school adjustment counselor, helping children and adolescents navigate challenges like, self-esteem issues, emotional exploration, building coping skills, peer-conflict, and more. I have a diverse clinical background from previous work in private practice, school-based settings, outpatient/ inpatient settings, dementia units, and assisted living care. I work in supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges including, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Overwhelm, Grief, Relationships, PTSD, Life stages, Victimization, and navigating systems that can produce stress. As a team, we will focus on identifying negative thinking patterns or unhelpful behaviors, implementing healthy coping skills in reducing symptoms.
Therapy is whatever you make of it.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience offering individual and family therapy. I have worked with youth ages 3-19 and their families, with a particular passion for supporting foster and adoptive families, LGBTQIA+ youth, and young people with special education needs. As an individual therapist, I have supported adolescents and adults living with the impacts of trauma, substance dependence, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
Courtney Hills takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to help navigate barriers that keep you from achieving your goals. Courtney has over a decade of experience in the human services field with an extensive background of various populations served, especially those going through life transitions and those who favor a mind, body, and soul approach to healing.
Welcome! I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating life's most painful or complex challenges. My practice focuses heavily on helping people heal from trauma, manage stress and anxiety, work through depression, and navigate difficult relationship or family dynamics. I have a deep passion for supporting women's unique experiences—including maternal, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health—as well as helping individuals explore identity, cope with chronic health conditions, and process grief or life transitions. No matter who you are or what background you come from, my goal is to provide an inclusive, open-minded space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and heard.
We all face challenges and joys and I am no stranger to either. My road to therapy began about 15 years ago after experiencing my own trauma and grief. I was left feeling stuck on repeat and I needed to take back my power. Finding my way to the other side my best side was to learn and develop the tools to support others. I lean into supporting mothers and caregivers as it isn't always easy or predictable. My special education background lends me to advocate for children and families in the home and in the community. I love to support and make a plan for blended families. And my desire is to help couples and intimate partners find fulfillment and connection.
I have been a practicing clinician for some thirty years and enjoy working with a diverse range of people.
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to identify practical solutions, build on their strengths, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to challenge themselves, explore new perspectives, and actively engage in the therapeutic process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or other personal struggles, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where lasting growth and healing can take place.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with years of experience working with a variety of clients, including both children and adults. I have experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, functional neurological disorder, dissociative identity disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders, trauma, and more.
