In session, you will find me casually dressed, warm beverage in-hand, and ready to hold space for your most imperfect self. I have worked with multiple different populations, across the lifespan. I have been trained in different cognitive based therapeutic modalities, and specialize in trauma treatment. I am currently employed as a Clinical Supervisor in an outpatient mental health clinic, providing direct clinical support to providers and patients.

I am an LMHC who specializes in disability, chronic pain, trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I graduated from Suffolk University with an Masters of Science in mental health counseling.
