As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on helping you regain stability and move forward with confidence. I earned my MSN from Eastern Kentucky University and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Missouri State University. With experience in urgent psychiatric care, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient treatment, I work with you to create a personalized plan that supports healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Sheena is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified family nurse practitioners, and registered Maryland Medical Cannabis providers with experience in mental/behavioral health, weight loss support, medication management, and additional support. Sheena is a caring member of the community and enjoys developing meaningful partnerships with her clients.
