My practice centers on helping people work through depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder with care that actually fits their life. I've been in independent practice for about two years, and in that time I've found that the providers people stay with are the ones who listen well and adjust as things change. I'm a PMHNP with full practice authority, so I can manage medications and provide psychiatric services without a collaborating physician. I see clients via telehealth throughout Illinois, with flexible scheduling available Monday through Saturday. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. Hi - I'm Gina, a licensed LCSW in Illinois with 15 years of professional work experience and a MSW from the University of Chicago. I have experience in helping clients (teens and adults) with stress, anxiety, chronic illnesses, midlife crisis, trauma, abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I use several treatment modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Counseling. I also offer clinical supervision.

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and mom of four with a passion for helping people feel balanced, understood, and supported. I earned my nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Chicago and completed my psychiatric graduate training at the University of Kentucky. I’ve been proudly serving patients as a PMHNP since 2022.

I provide care for children (6+), teens, and adults, including parents, professionals, students, and anyone navigating life transitions or emotional challenges. My focus areas include: ADHD, anxiety & panic, depression, bipolar disorders, trauma & PTSD, emotional dysregulation and impulsivity, sleep issues, and mood and behavior concerns in children/teens.

I help young adults, adults, and athletes work through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, attachment and relationship challenges, and confidence or performance struggles so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives.
