I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. I earned my Masters in Nursing at Walden University. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to care for individuals in psychiatric, emergency, surgical, inpatient, outpatient, and forensic settings. These experiences have shaped my belief that mental health and physical health are deeply connected and that each person deserves care that considers the whole individual.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing mental health support. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and other behavioral health concerns

I've devoted a decade of my career helping parents learn how to best help their children. And another decade helping adults in an out-patient partial hospitalization program. Hey there! I’m Briana Kesterson, LCSW.

I’m a licensed therapist offering individual and family therapy in Illinois, supporting people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I have a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Social Work from Aurora University.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self worth struggles. Many of my clients come in feeling “too much” or “not enough” and together, we begin to understand how to better support the parts of you that learned to cope and protect just to survive.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience, working with adults and couples in individual therapy. I draw from Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief and loss, self injury, spirituality, substance use, and trauma or PTSD.

Ola Omoniyi became an Illinois Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She received her undergraduate degree at Valparaiso University in Indiana and her master’s degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet. She completed her clinical rotation in mental health at Will County Behavioral Health in Joliet. Ola worked at Rush University Medical Centre for 5 years in the behavioral health unit as a Registered Nurse and 5years at other behavioral health hospitals in Chicago.
