Hi, I’m Federica. I’ve been a therapist for 24 years and specialize in helping older teens and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, feeling "too much" or "not enough", or longing for deeper connections, therapy can help. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, I offer therapy in both English and Italian. I also know what it’s like to rebuild in unfamiliar spaces and I deeply respect the courage it takes to ask for help.

I am passionate about brain and mental health. Over the years, I have built the belief that strong mental health is foundational to a successful, fulfilling life. However, I have also found there are no cookie-cutter solutions given the complexities of the human experience, thus inspiring a passion for a thorough, thoughtful, and individualized approach to brain and mental health. I earned a bachelor degree in nursing and in psychology, and a master's degree in psychiatric mental health.

I specialize in working with individuals facing PTSD, complex trauma, substance abuse challenges, and more. I earned a Master of Social Work degree from Ohio State University College of Social Work in 2012.

My practice is rooted in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care designed to help you navigate and improve your mental well-being. I believe in a comprehensive treatment model with evidence-based medication management and tailored interventions.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and the mental health complexities of chronic medical illness. My expertise also extends to sleep disorders, stress reduction, and dual diagnosis.

Nathan has lived in Idaho for the majority of the past forty years. He enjoys nature, the great outdoors and the four seasons. He also enjoys good humor, camping, gardening, sculpting, woodworking and time with his family. Nathan has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over nineteen years in East Idaho and has developed a proprietary curriculum to help those who struggle with life issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction and PTSD.

Hi, I’m Lisa Bell, and I’ve spent the last 25 years working with kids and families through some of life’s tougher moments. I enjoy supporting children between ages 3 and 12, and I work to make therapy feel safe, welcoming, and even a little fun—for both kids and parents. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with children (ages 3+)
