My work is especially focused on helping people heal from hard experiences, build confidence, and create relationships that feel safe, honest, and fulfilling.
I am passionate about brain and mental health. Over the years, I have built the belief that strong mental health is foundational to a successful, fulfilling life. However, I have also found there are no cookie-cutter solutions given the complexities of the human experience, thus inspiring a passion for a thorough, thoughtful, and individualized approach to brain and mental health. I earned a bachelor degree in nursing and in psychology, and a master's degree in psychiatric mental health.
