If your child is struggling with big feelings, hard behaviors, or school-related stress, you have found a safe place. I have worked alongside kids, teens, and their families since
2005, creating a playful, welcoming space where they can finally feel understood. I draw from play therapy, AutPlay, and creative approaches tailored to your child's
personality and developmental stage. I also partner with caregivers, teachers, and other supports so your child is not doing this work alone. My goal is to help them
understand themselves better, build confidence, and feel more in control of their emotions and choices.
Yay! We found each other! I am your Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Psychologist with more than 23 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. I use practical, evidence-based strategies that build resilience, confidence, and coping skills. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Welcome! If this is your first stop in deciding whether therapy is right for you, congratulations. I know it can be incredibly difficult to take the first step towards finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. As a therapist, my primary goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I view therapy as a cooperative space between us. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to ask the right questions to bring clarity, direction, and self-compassion. Sometimes, this looks like sitting in silence together. Other times, it looks like a gentle nudge to push you towards the potential we both know you have.
I earned my Master's in Counseling and PsyD at Fuller Theological Seminary. I have had the privilege of working in hospitals, universities, private practice, and community mental health settings, and these experiences have given me a broad perspective on the unique difficulties facing individuals. My clinical training includes a specialty in spirituality and religious experiences (i.e., religious trauma and deconstruction). I work with individuals 18+ and help individuals who are navigating life transitions and/or relationship difficulties.
I was born and raised in one of Nigeria’s vibrant and bustling cities, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and compassion from an early age. Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.
My family and I have built a home filled with love and laughter. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day. I'm excited to support my clients in bringing that same love and joy and laughter back into their own lives.

This journey is a COLLABORATIVE EFFORT, just as you have expectations of me, I will have them of you as too.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy can provide both the space to better understand yourself and the support to make changes that improve how you feel and function in everyday life.
My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive while still being practical and goal-oriented. I’ll take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore what may be getting in the way, build on what’s already working, and develop strategies that feel realistic for your life.
I have a passion for working with individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy providing individuals with support and guidance as they learn to understand and accept their gender and/or sexual identity. Additionally, I enjoy working with couples as they explore consensual non-monogamy and how to effectively navigate an open relationship.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Social Psychology and Social Relations while at the same time obtaining an undergraduate Certification in Social Work from Moravian College. In 2007, I returned to school and, in 2009, received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family from Valdosta State University. I have been a therapist for more than 15 years.

I want therapy to feel like a space where you’re truly heard, understood, and not judged. Together, we’ll create a supportive, honest relationship where you can show up as your real self and work toward the changes that matter most to you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, stress, personality disorders, substance use, and co‐occurring concerns, and I draw on my crisis work background to support you through really tough moments.
