I am a licensed clinical social worker and master addiction counselor with over 27 years experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, evidence-based care through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I specialize in treating adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. My goal is to provide personalized, collaborative care in a supportive environment that helps patients achieve lasting mental wellness.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Social Psychology and Social Relations while at the same time obtaining an undergraduate Certification in Social Work from Moravian College. In 2007, I returned to school and, in 2009, received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family from Valdosta State University. I have been a therapist for more than 15 years.
