I'm also a Master Addiction Counselor. My theoretical orientation combines elements of REBT, Reality Therapy, and ACT. Clients have described me as "down to Earth" and I like that description. I'm Dr. Jasmine Easley, a trauma-focused therapist committed to guiding millennial adults and teens through their healing journey. I've been practicing for 7 years, working primarily with teens and adults struggling to address past trauma that might be impacting current day-to-day life routines. I'm a huge advocate for therapy, but also emphasize the importance of holistic wellness to help you build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.

I am a Licensed Profession Counselor (LPC) in the state of GA. I have been in the health care industry for over 20 years, and I am exceptionally eclectic in my therapeutic approach as modalities effectiveness differs from client to client. Areas of experience and interest include anxiety, sleep/insomnia issues, grief/loss, trauma, women’s issues, couples therapy, work/life balance, anger management, coping skills, self-esteem, behavioral issues, and depression.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and Alabama and have been working as a therapist for 16 years. Currently, I am only seeing female clients in order to align with my clinical focus. As a Christian therapist, I specialize in faith-integrated counseling for women who wish to bring their spirituality into sessions. I offer therapy that integrates biblical principles with evidence-based practices, helping clients align their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. While this is my area of specialty, I work with individuals from all walks of life and honor each client’s unique beliefs and values.

My experience is broad in that I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of issues and diagnoses, especially with those facing trauma, recovering from addictions, coping with anxiety and depression, and moving through life changes such as grief and relationship/family changes. I hope to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
