During that time, I have provided Individual, Family and Group Therapy in both the community and agency settings. I have worked with diverse populations ranging from pre-school age youth to elderly adults. I have served individuals and families with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. A little but about myself besides my profession. I am an African American woman from Detroit, MI. I am a wife and a mother. As a wife and mother, there are many challenges...multitasking, running a home, working, raising a family and many more. I know full well how challenging this can be. All this being said, I understand “Life” quite a bit. Given this opportunity, I can help guide and support you through your challenges to a more fulfilling and peaceful life through a variety of interventions such as EMDR, CBT, insight oriented and DBT modalities.
