I am dually certified in psychiatry and family, and hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, which allows me to combine advanced clinical training with a holistic, patient-centered approach. I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, supportive treatment, and medication management for adults throughout Florida via telehealth. My areas of focus include women's mental health, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, life transitions, stress management, and healthcare burnout. I also provide an eight session ADHD skills therapy program that helps with planning, organization skills, and understanding executive dysfunction.
