Hello everyone! I am Dr. Beverly Regisford-Henry, a licensed psychotherapist in both Florida and New York. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and the families who support them.

I approach therapy with the understanding that children do not heal in isolation. With over 12 years of experience as a therapist and more than 20 years as an educator, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, educational insight, and genuine compassion to my work.

I have walked school hallways, partnered closely with parents, and supported families navigating real-life challenges. I understand the quieter struggles young people often carry—and I am deeply committed to helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My work also extends to adults navigating family and relationship challenges. I have experience helping individuals work through marital and partner conflict, parent-child concerns, strained relationships with adult children, and the unique challenges that can arise within blended families and stepparent/stepchild relationships. I help clients recognize unhealthy patterns, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and find more effective ways to navigate difficult family relationships.

Whether I am working with a child, teen, young adult, parent, or an adult experiencing relationship or family conflict, my goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can gain insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.

Drawing from twenty years of experience in education and principal of therapeutic schools, I have developed the art of conflict resolution with reticent learners, with parents, with couples and individuals. I have the skillset to support people and transform their perceptions of self to cope with communication issues, anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. My empathetic approach offers people to find positive and creative techniques. I am highly gifted in working to establish and enhance relationships between parent and child/husband and wife using conflict resolution to create opportunities. As a clinician of almost ten years, I interact exceedingly well with individuals and couples to support positive communication and achieve personal growth whether it be in a marriage, parenting/school skills, or within oneself. My understanding, compassion, and acceptance of people when they enter therapy create a safe and trusting environment to unpack problems and develop strategies that enhance well-being, stability, and alternative perspectives on how to address struggles/conflicts.

I believe everyone deserves a safe place to feel heard, supported, and understood. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University and tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. Hi, I’m Jenn, a licensed mental health counselor with more than four years of experience working with individuals and groups. I specialize in adult ADHD, LGBTQIA+ identities, substance use, and mood disorders. I love what I do, and I bring that passion to the therapy space for every session. I try to integrate a warm and approachable style using authenticity, humor, and empathy.

I graduated with honors from National Louis University with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received a bachelor’s degree in Special Education in 2013 from Walsh University in Ohio. I taught children with varying exceptionalities and learning differences for five years. I have over ten years of experience working with children and adults with autism, ADHD, and various learning disabilities.

I utilize interventions of various approaches to best assist my clients in accomplishing their individual goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher.

Jessica is a licensed, dual certified therapist specializing in emotional and relationship needs for individuals and couples. She provides a relaxing environment, listening to clients' experiences and their goals for themselves or their relationship. She shares insight and and practical strategies to use immediately after the appointment. She's accepting, collaborative, encouraging, non judgmental, and motivating to her clients.

Tara Payne is the owner and founder of Payne Influential Mental Health. She is a board-certified

Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP). She obtained her Master of Science in

Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Tara has been a Registered Nurse for almost 20

years in which she has been devoted to helping and treating patients with a variety of conditions.

She has specialized in critical care, mental health, and several other acute care specialties. Tara is a Perinatal Mental Health provider through PSI (Postpartum Support International) as well as a Trauma Certified provider. Tara has learned how vital mental health is when it comes to treating a patient as a “whole” person. This has driven her passion to help serve the mental health community and those in need of mental health management.
