Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, frustrated, or stuck. Whether you're struggling with focus and organization, generalized or social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, burnout, sleep difficulties, or the challenges that come with major life changes, I'm here to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, supportive treatment, and medication management for adults throughout Florida via telehealth. My areas of focus include women's mental health, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, life transitions, stress management, and healthcare burnout. I also provide an eight session ADHD skills therapy program that helps with planning, organization skills, and understanding executive dysfunction.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I work primarily with adults and specialize in health psychology, using a biopsychosocial perspective to understand the connection between physical health, emotions, and overall lifestyle. I specialize in supporting clients navigating Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Sleep disorders, and Stress management. I provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am an Army Veteran as well as current spouse, so I also can relate to the military lifestyle. All are welcome as my clients! Many people come to therapy with many years of experience in therapy or maybe for the first time. As a client of mine, you can ensure you will find a safe space, free from judgment.

I’m a Board‐Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience, providing compassionate, evidence‐based care for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, and substance use disorders.

I trained at the University of South Alabama and have worked in outpatient clinics, hospitals, memory care, and correctional settings. These experiences help me understand how mental health challenges impact daily functioning and overall quality of life.

My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and solution‐focused. I take time to understand your story and create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lived experiences.
