I’m a Board‐Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience, providing compassionate, evidence‐based care for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, and substance use disorders.

I trained at the University of South Alabama and have worked in outpatient clinics, hospitals, memory care, and correctional settings. These experiences help me understand how mental health challenges impact daily functioning and overall quality of life.

I'm a LMHC, Q.S. and MCAP for Florida and Washington State. I use a plethora of modalities, techniques and interventions during treatment. I've worked in residential settings, outpatient clinics, detox facilities, mobile crisis units, hospital settings as well as community and private office settings over 28 years. Crisis stabilization, shifting perspectives, addictions, infidelity, life transitions and mood disorder are a few specialties of mine.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and bring experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. As a bilingual counselor, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and currently accepting new clients. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work, with 10 years of experience across law enforcement, community agencies, education, substance recovery, and a military installation. I support clients with stress management, emotional and anger regulation, communication and relationship concerns, life transitions, and everyday stressors.
