Hello, my name is Denise Chandler. I have been an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse since 2011 and bring more than 23 years of nursing experience. I hold Master’s degrees in Nursing Healthcare Education and Family Practice and am certified in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health.

For over a decade, I worked exclusively in Women’s Health Care, where I developed a deep understanding of how hormonal changes affect physical, emotional, and mental well-being. My name is Tristin Ramsay, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY in 2017. I have been a practicing counselor ever since. I have experience working with many different populations as well as with children, teens and adults. I have worked in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life changes, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss and behavioral issues.

I am a licensed clinician offering individual counseling services in-person or via telehealth for adults, adolescents, and children. I earned my master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
